Penn Yan Police arrested a village resident Wednesday afternoon after he allegedly threatened to kill another Penn Yan resident during a verbal altercation over the telephone.
35-year-old Jeremy King was charged with aggravated harassment and was held in CAP court for arraignment.
King will answer the charge in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
