A Penn Yan woman was ticketed by village police following a traffic stop on Saturday.
Sara Moore was observed operating a motor vehicle on Liberty Street while allegedly having a suspended registration. Police report Moore also did not have valid insurance on her car.
Moore was ticketed for operating with a suspended registration and without insurance.
