A traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan Wednesday resulted in a Penn Yan woman being ticketed for allegedly driving on a suspended registration.
Officers observed Heidy Padilla driving on Elm Street while having a suspended registration due to an insurance lapse.
Padilla was issued an appearance ticket for village court.
