A 20-year-old Penn Yan woman has been arrested for an accident that happened in the town of Jerusalem.
Danika Bailey is now facing charges in connection with the May 21st crash. Bailey was arrested Monday on DWI Common Law, DWI with .08% or More BAC, DWAI Drugs, DWAI by Drugs and Alcohol, and unlawful possession of alcohol.
Bailey will appear in Jerusalem Town Court at a later date.
