A one-car accident on State Route 364 at Briggs Road in the town of Benton resulted in the arrest of a 35-year-old Penn Yan woman.
Chelsea Osborne was driving east shortly after 8 Friday morning when she left the road and struck the north side ditch. Osborne performed a series of standardized field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for DWI-Drugs and unsafe lane change. She will appear in Benton Town Court at a later date.
No injuries were reported
