A Penn Yan woman was arrested in Ontario County on a charge of criminal contempt.
Gabrielle Daggett was arrested following the investigation into a physical family trouble that occurred roadside on County Road 18 in Gorham. The 30-year-old is the restricted party of a refrain from order of protection. According to Ontario County authorities, Daggett became physical with the protected party.
After her arrest, Daggett was brought to the Ontario County Jail to be held for CAP arraignment.
