A Penn Yan woman has been charged following a reported domestic dispute earlier this month.
Police say 53-year-old Katrina Clark was issued a criminal summons on October 27th for second-degree harassment. Investigators allege that on October 19th, Clark shoved a village resident and threw beer cans at him during the altercation.
She’s scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
