A Penn Yan woman was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on an arrest warrant.
Jessica Burnett was taken into custody at the Yates County Public Safety Building on charges of grand larceny, welfare fraud, and offering a false instrument for filing. The charges are tied to alleged crimes that occurred between November of last year and April.
Burnett was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
