A Penn Yan woman has been arrested for an alleged incident that happened at the end of April.
It is alleged that on April 28th, Karli-Marie Harbst unlawfully entered the home of a village resident and remained. Following an investigation into the complaint, police arrested Harbst on a charge of trespass on May 17th.
Harbst was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Penn Yan Village Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
