Penn Yan Woman Arrested on Petit Larceny Charge

Canandaigua Police arrested a Penn Yan woman following the report of a theft at an Eastern Boulevard business.

Kellie Ferguson is accused of passing all points of sale at the business with $382 in merchandise and not making any payment.

The 38-year-old was charged with petit larceny and ordered to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
