The investigation into a domestic incident in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a 24-year-old resident.
It’s alleged Mackenzie Williams-Baker subjected two people to unwanted physical contact during the incident and prevented one of the individuals from placing a call to 9-1-1. Williams-Baker was charged with criminal mischief and two counts of harassment.
Following her arrest, Williams-Baker was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment for the purpose of obtaining an Order of Protection.
