A Penn Yan woman was arrested by Penn Yan Police on warrants issued out of village court.
20-year-old Carlie Vega was picked up on five outstanding warrants and appeared in court where she was taken into custody.
Vega was processed and arraigned in Penn Yan Village Court on her outstanding charges.
