Police arrested a heavily intoxicated Penn Yan woman who allegedly subjected a person under the age of 17 to unwanted physical contact.
The incident involving Samantha Sprague occurred in front of another person under the age of 17.
The 29-year-old Sprague was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and a single count of harassment.
