A Penn Yan woman was arrested Monday night following a traffic stop in the Yates County village.
41-year-old Ashley Montgomery is accused of driving a car with a suspended registration, an expired registration, and an expired inspection. Further investigation revealed Montgomery was also allegedly driving on a revoked license.
Montgomery will answer her charges in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
