Penn Yan Police ticketed a Pittsford man on Wednesday following a traffic stop in the Yates County village.
68-year-old David Reed was found to be driving a car on Brown Street that was uninsured, unregistered, and uninspected.
Reed was issued traffic tickets and ordered to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
