A 51-year-old Wayland man was arrested by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop in the village.
Charles Dale was observed to be speeding on Lake Street in the village. A traffic stop was initiated and contact was made with Dale. A check of his operating privileges showed Dale’s were suspended.
Dale was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released on an appearance ticket.
