A Penn Yan man was issued a number of tickets following a traffic stop in the village.
Ryan Oswald was observed by police driving a car on Liberty Street while having a suspended license and registration as well as driving an uninsured and uninspected motor vehicle.
Oswald was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
