A traffic stop by the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a Penn Yan man. Leon Kerrick is accused of driving a vehicle on Seneca Street while allegedly having a suspended New York State driver’s license.
In addition to aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, Kerrick was ticketed for driving an uninspected and unregistered motor vehicle.
Kerrick will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
