A Penn Yan man will appear in Penn Yan Village Court following a traffic stop on Horizon Park Drive.
Penn Yan Police report that they observed 48-year-old Christopher Richter II driving a car with an expired inspection and conducted a traffic stop. A check of Richter’s license revealed it to be revoked.
Richter was ticketed for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an uninspected motor vehicle.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
