A Penn Yan man has been indicted on drug charges.
Devon Pierce was initially arrested after Penn Yan Police were called to a residence for a domestic. While out at the home, police found a jar of liquid methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia. After securing the jar, police sent the contents to a lab for testing. The results confirmed it to be meth.
The case against Pierce was recently presented to a Yates County Grand Jury and he was indicted. Pierce was taken into custody without incident at a residence on East Elm Street and was released without bail following his arraignment.
