A Penn Yan man was arrested following the investigation into a domestic incident in the village.
Devon Pierce is accused of leaving from an address in the complainant’s vehicle without permission from the owner. Police located the 31-year-old Pierce and the vehicle at an address in Penn Yan and took him into custody.
Pierce was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was released on an appearance ticket.
