A Penn Yan man was arrested on a charge of petit larceny.
43-year-old Kyle Kennon-Brown was arrested after he allegedly entered a local store and took merchandise from the store without paying.
Kennon-Brown was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court
