Penn Yan Police arrested a Penn Yan man on eight counts of grand larceny.
43-year-old Gary Anderson, Junior, was located at his home on Seneca Street in the village and was taken into custody without incident.
Anderson was brought to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
