The investigation into a reported domestic incident in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a 41-year-old Penn Yan man.
Kasey Wagner is accused of assaulting the victim and damaging some of their belongings. Wagner was taken into custody and was charged with assault and criminal mischief.
Wagner was later brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
