A Penn Yan man was arrested by village police on a warrant issued out of Yates County Supreme Court for an alleged probation violation.
Police took Michael Hullings, Junior, into custody at his home without incident.
Hullings was brought to the Yates County Jail to await his appearance in Yates County Supreme Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
