A Penn Yan man was arrested Wednesday on a warrant issued out of Yates County Court.
Travis Vermilye was taken into custody at the Probation Department on the charge of violation of probation.
Vermilye was arraigned in Yates County Court and sent to the Yates County Jail without bail.
