A Penn Yan man was arrested on a warrant for an incident that occurred in the Yates County Jail in October.
Michael Hullings, Junior, was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office at a residence on Stark Avenue in the village.
The 39-year-old Hullings was taken to Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
