Penn Yan Police arrested a Penn Yan man on a warrant for violation of probation.
Christopher Dwello is accused of violating the terms of his probation. The 30-year-old was picked up on the warrant and transported to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
