Penn Yan Man Arrested on Order of Protection Violation

The investigation into an order of protection violation by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of a Penn Yan man.

It is alleged that Ryan Thomas had contact with a protected party in the town of Milo.

Thomas was held at the Yates County Jail for CAP arraignment.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
