A Penn Yan man was arrested Thursday night on a warrant issued out of Middlesex Town Court.
David Ingalls was originally arrested on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Ingalls was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP Court arraignment on Saturday.
