The investigation into an incident that happened in late May resulted in the arrest of a Penn Yan man.
39-year-old Thomas Gordon is accused of shoving another village resident after showing up at his house and demanding money from him. Gordon was charged with harassment.
Gordon was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
