A Penn Yan man has been arrested on a harassment charge.
A man who was sitting in his parked car at a village of Penn Yan grocery store with his window down was allegedly punched by 51-year-old Derek Brennan.
Brennan was released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
