Penn Yan Man Arrested on Harassment Charge

Police arrested a Penn Yan man on Monday on a harassment charge.

The Yates County Sheriff’s Office issued a criminal summons charging Kasey Wagner with harassment after he allegedly engaged in a course of conduct that alarmed or annoyed a Town of Jerusalem resident with no legitimate purpose.

Wagner will appear in Jerusalem Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
