A Penn Yan man was arrested Tuesday on a harassment charge.
Zacharie Hicks was taken into custody following the investigation into a reported physical altercation. After an interview with the victim and corresponding statements, Hicks was arrested for allegedly subjecting the other individual to unwanted physical contact.
Hicks was brought to Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
