A Penn Yan man was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on a Superior Court warrant for an alleged incident that happened back in December.
Matthew Kennedy was charged with grand larceny and was taken to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment for the next Yates County Court session.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
