A Penn Yan faces charges of forcible touching and harassment following an incident at a village business on Tuesday.
20-year-old Aaron Burd is accused of following a woman around a store and then subjecting her to unwanted physical contact by grabbing her buttocks.
Following his arraignment, Burd was sent to Yates County Jail to await arraignment for the purpose of obtaining an order of protection.
