A Penn Yan man is facing felony drug charges following his arrest early Tuesday morning.
The Yates County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies took 25-year-old Brandon Miller into custody on charges of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, both class B felonies.
Miller was transported to the Yates County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment in CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
