A Penn Yan man faces a felony criminal contempt charge following the investigation into a domestic dispute.
32-year-old Aaron Vermilye is accused of punching another household member who had an active order of protection against him. In addition to the felony, Vermilye was charged with harassment.
Following arraignment, Vermilye was sent to the Yates County Jail without bail.
