A Penn Yan man was arrested Wednesday on a Yates County Family Court warrant.
40-year-old Alex Breeds was taken into custody by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Breeds was transported to the Yates County Jail to await the next Family Court session.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
