A Penn Yan man was arrested in Ontario County Saturday morning.
During a traffic stop, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports they discovered Eric Ronchi allegedly had some Fentanyl in his possession. In addition to criminal possession of a controlled substance, Ronchi was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle for driving with a suspended license.
Ronchi was released on an appearance ticket for Farmington Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
