A Penn Yan man was arrested by Penn Yan Police on a criminal mischief charge.
Mason Petersen is accused of intentionally causing damage to another person’s property in an amount that exceeds $250. Petersen was also observed on local business surveillance littering, for which he was also charged.
Petersen was turned over to the custody of the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
