Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Penn Yan man on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Milo Court for failure to appear.
35-year-old Eric Ronchi was taken into custody at the Ontario County Jail and later transported to the Yates County Jail.
He is being held pending his next appearance in Yates County CAP Court for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
