A Penn Yan man was arrested on a bench warrant by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday.
39-year-old Michael Hullings, Junior, was arrested for failure to appear on a warrant issued out of Torrey Town Court for failure to appear.
Hullings was brought to the Yates County Jail to be arraigned at CAP Court.
