A Penn Yan man was arrested Thursday on a violation of an interim probation bench warrant that was issued out of Penn Yan Village Court.
Dale Eaves was taken into custody and transported to the Police Department for processing.
The 50-year-old was then turned over to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment on Friday.
