A domestic dispute in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a 26-year-old resident.
It is alleged that Conner Subeh subjected another village resident to unwanted physical contact while in the presence of two children. Police say Subeh took the victim’s cell phone during the altercation so 9-1-1 could not be called and also barricaded the person inside a room.
Subeh was charged with harassment, criminal mischief, unlawful imprisonment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say Subeh was later brought to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment for the purpose of a protection order
