A fight that took place at the Lake Street Plaza in Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a Penn Yan man.
According to village police, 48-year-old Ryan Scouten had allegedly struck the victim in the head with his fist during the altercation.
Scouten was charged with harassment and released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
