A Penn Yan man has been arrested on a warrant issued out of village court.
Yates County Probation reported Daniel Newell had allegedly violated the terms and conditions of his probation sentence and requested a warrant.
Newell was transported to the police department for his arrest processing and was later turned over to the custody of the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
