A 19-year-old Penn Yan man was charged with harassment following an investigation by Penn Yan Police.
It is alleged that Roger Johnson subjected another person to unwanted physical contact by striking them in the face.
Johnson will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
