The investigation into an incident that happened back in October has resulted in the arrest of a Penn Yan man.
During the incident on October 8th, Penn Yan Police found Cody Jackson to allegedly be in possession of a white powdery substance, which was later confirmed by NMS Laboratories to be methamphetamine.
The 27-year-old Jackson was charged with an appearance ticket in Penn Yan Village Court to answer the charge at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
