A Penn Yan man has been arrested after police say he allegedly used two other people’s personal identifying information when applying for loans online.
In addition to identity theft, 33-year-old Jeffry Ellis, Junior, was charged with attempted grand larceny and attempted petit larceny.
Ellis was released on appearance tickets to appear in Jerusalem Town Court at a later date.
